Grilled Tuna with Asian-Inspired Marinade
Herbed Polenta Squares with Pepper and Onion Salad

We're having a lovely chilled Sancerre with our starters this weekend.  With the Grilled Tuna we're having an Haut-Medoc, Château Belle-Vue.

Saturday:     Smoked Salmon
Grilled Veal Chops with Balsamic Sauce

Smoked Pasta
Sautéed Courgette and Browned Onion

We'll finish the Sancerre with the Smoked Salmon.  With mon mari's Birthday dinner we're having a Margaux, Château Segla, second label of the famed Rauzan Segla.

Sunday:      Duck Breast, Pepper and Onion Salad
                can substitute beef flank steak

Monday:    Grilled Turkey Tenderloin with Peanut Sauce
Smoked Pasta, leftover
Crisp Green Beans with Soy Sauce

Tuesday:     Burger and Navy Bean Packets
Brown Rice

Wednesday: Turkey and Green Bean Pasta Salad using turkey/beans made on Mon.

Thursday:   Cobb Salad with Ham or Smoked Turkey

Note:  This menu makes extensive use of leftovers - The Smoked Pasta, Pepper & Onion Salad, Turkey, and Green Beans are all prepared double for use on 2 more nights.
