Friday:          Tomato, Feta and Olive Salad
Grilled Glazed Salmon
Warm White Bean Salad
Quinoa Pilaf

We're having a Rosado from Enate, in the Somotano region of Spain with the Salad, and, as long as we're in the neighborhood, we'll have their Merlot Merlot (not a typo) with the Salmon.

Saturday:     Melon and Ham
Grilled Lamb Chops with Dijon Basil Butter
Potato Salad with Mushrooms and Chevre
Roasted Green Beans

We'll finish the Rosado (perfect with the Ham and Melon) and a St. Julien Cru Bourgeois, Chatea Gloria with the Lamb.

Sunday:       Southwestern Turkey Salad
Old-Fashioned Cucumber Salad

Monday:        Grilled Pork Chops with Peanut Marinade
Warm Zucchini Pasta Salad with Peanut Ginger Dressing
Cucumber Salad, leftover

Tuesday:      Grilled Tarragon Chicken Breasts
Couscous and Green Bean Salad

Wednesday:  Flank Steak Caesar Salad

Thursday:    Chevre Stuffed Burgers
Roasted Peppers, Onions, Courgette and Tomatoes
