We're having a lovely chilled, dry Barsac, Château Doisy Daene this weekend.  With the Shrimp in Pimiento Sauce we're having a Fronsac, Château Dalem.

Saturday:     Lettuce Salad with Tuna and Avocado
Grilled Roast Beef, 
a small one
Faux Patatas Bravas

Green Beans with Browned Butter

We'll finish the Barsac with Salad.  With the Beef we're having a Margaux, Château Boyd Cantenac.

Sunday:        Barbecued Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Ratatouille

Cucumber Salad

Monday:        Barbecued Chicken Breasts
Ratatouille  on Couscous
Cucumber Salad leftover

Tuesday:       Sausage, White Bean and Quinoa Salad
Cucumber Salad if there's any left

Wednesday:  Pasta with Tonnato Sauce
Cold Ratatouille Salad

Thursday:     Chicken and Vegetable Salad
