Friday:      Spinach Timbales with Tomato Sauce
Red Snapper on a Bed of Leeks  and Endive
Brown Rice Pilaf

With the Spinach Timbales we'll have a dry Barsac, Château Doisy Daene.  With the fish we'll have a lighter, local red, a Chinon.

Saturday:  Sardines in mustard sauce with Egg and Toast Points
Coq au Vin
Mashed Cauliflower & Potato Medley

We'll finish the Doisy Daene with the Sardines and have a Bourguignon with the Coq, a Premiere Cru Vougeot, Les Cras - Le Grand Cave.

Sunday:       Pasta alla Puttanesca
Fresh Fruit - Pomegranates? Star Fruit? Tangelos?

Monday:      Leftover Coq au Vin
Cauliflower and Potato Patties
Sautéed Carrots

Tuesday:    Pork Amandine
Basmati Rice

Wednesday:  Chicken in Mustard Sauce on
Cauliflower Pasta

Thursday:   Upside Down Yorkshire Pizza Pie
