With the Salad we're having something a bit different, at least, for us: a Gewurtztraminer, from Vinas del Vero in the Somotano region of Spain.  With the Salmon, a Chinon, a lighter, local red.

Saturday:  Velvet Corn Soup
Sweet and Sour Pork

Sesame Brown Rice

We'll finish the Spanish Gewurtztraminer with the soup.  With the Pork we're having one of the 'Black' wines of Cahors, Chatea de Mercues (which is also a lovely place to stay...).

Sunday:       Farmhouse Pasta
Fresh Seasonal Fruit

Monday:     Chicken Divan with Broccoli
Basmati Rice

Tuesday:      Beef Enchiladas with Beans

Wednesday:   Baked Chicken with Mustard Crust
Oven Fries
Cauliflower with Parmesan Sauce

Thursday:   Swedish Meatballs with Pasta
Roasted Cauliflower
