Pan-Seared Tuna with Capers
Individual Baked Polenta
Broccoli with Garlic Butter

With the Soup we'll have a lovely wine from the Graves region of Bordeaux, Château La Louviere.   Something a bit hearty with the Tuna, a St. Estephe, Château Le Petit Bocq.

Saturday:  Shrimp (Prawns) Mary Rose with White Asparagus
Lamb Chops with White Beans

Potatoes Cooked with White Wine and Black Olives

We'll finish the Graves with the Prawns and have a St. Julien with the Lamb, Château Gloria.

Sunday:       Minestrone with crackers
Fresh Seasonal Fruit

Monday:       Egg Fu Yung
Chicken Sesame Stir-Fry

Tuesday:       Minestrone with crackers
Fresh Seasonal Fruit

Wednesday:  Chicken with Broccoli, Peppers and Olives
Pasta with Herbs and Parmesan

Thursday:   Pork Chops with Creamy Cabbage
Boiled Potatoes
