Friday:   Tomato Flan on a bed of Pesto Vermicelli  
Tuna and Ricotta Crêpes
Courgette (Zucchini) with Browned Onions

With the Salad we're having a dry white Barsac, Château Doisey Daene.  With the Tuna Crêpes, a local red, from Sancerre, Le Colombier.

Saturday:    Avocado with Crab Salad
Braised Pork with White Wine, Olives and Sage

Potato Gratin
Sautéed Sunchokes

We'll finish the Barsac with the Avocado and have a Beaune, Montee Rouge with the Pork.

Sunday:       Risotto with Pork and Peppers
Fresh Seasonal Fruit

Monday:     Spinach Burgers
Leftover Gratin Potatoes

Tuesday:     Chicken Stroganoff
Broccoli with Butter and Herbs

Wednesday:           Happy Valentine's Day!
                                     Creamy Broccoli Soup
                       Filet Mignon with Marchand de Vin Sauce
                                   Sautéed Turned Potatoes
                                       Chocolate Mousse

To drink with this lovely dinner?  Champagne of course, a Brut Rosé, Castellane.

Thursday:   Pasta with Sausage, Sage and Beans
