Creamy Scallops with Cheese
Spanish Orzo
Italian Brussels Sprouts

With the Timbales we're having a white Bordeaux from Pessac Leognan, Château Carbonnieux.  With the Scallops, a red Chinon from the Loire Valley, Domaine Gasné, Cuvée Isoré .

Saturday:     Warm Leek Salad
Boeuf Bourguignon
Mousseline au Gratin
Buttered Carrots

We'll finish the Pessac with the Leek Salad and have a Burgundy with the Beef Burgundy, from Beaune, Close du Roy.

Sunday:       Chicken Mushroom Chowder
Popovers

Monday:      Boeuf Bourguignon, leftover
Potato Gratin,  leftover
Brussels Sprouts with Mustard Sauce

Tuesday:    Chicken with Lemon and Capers
Basmati Rice Pilaf
Carrots with Bacon and Shallots

Wednesday:    Pork Chops Diablo
Faux Patatas Bravas
Sautéed Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Thursday:    Pasta with Sausage and Red Beans in Mustard Sauce
