With the Salad we're having a white Bordeaux this week, from Graves, Château Cantegrive "Cuvee Caroline".   With the Seafood Risotto, a Margaux, Segla.

Saturday:  Poached Eggs Bourguignon
Whole Roasted Chicken with Lemons

Mashed Potatoes with Leeks
Carrot Coins

We'll finish the white Graves with the Eggs and have a St. Emilion, Château Fombrauge with the Chicken.

Sunday:       Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
Baked Apples

Monday:      Shepherd's Pie

Tuesday:     Pork Chops with Spanish Rice

Wednesday:    Chicken Noodle Soup
Oatmeal Biscuits

Thursday:   Choucroute Garnie
