Friday:   Scrambled Eggs with Onion, Bacon and Ricotta   
Sautéed Sole
Rice Florentine

With the Eggs we're having a Chardonnay from Perelada, in Spain.  With the Sole, a Bordeaux from the Haut-Medoc region,  Château Caronne St. Gemme.

Saturday:     Chinese New Year's Dinner  
Chicken and Vermicelli Soup
White Cut Chicken and Ham in Green Paradise
Sweet and Pungent Carrots
Basmati Rice

We'll finish the Chardonnay with the soup and a Margaux, Château de Tertre with the 'Green Paradise'.

Sunday:       Pasta with Chicken Livers, Bacon and Sunchokes Seasonal Fruit

Monday:     Braised Pork Chops with Red Cabbage
Buttered Potatoes

Tuesday:     Chicken Paprikas over Pasta
Broccoli Hungarian Style

Wednesday:    Turkey Cutlets with Red Wine Sauce
Sautéed Potatoes and Onions
Red Cabbage, leftover

Thursday:   Oriental Beef over Brown Rice
