Rice and Carrot GratinWith the Quesadillas we'll have a lovely wine from the Graves region of Bordeaux, Château La Louviere. Something a bit hearty with the Bacalao, a St. Estephe, Château Le Petit Bocq.

Broccoli with Garlic ButterWe'll finish the La Louviere with the Leeks and have a Margaux from the Bordeaux region of France, Château Rauzan Segla with the Hens.
Sunday: Farmhouse Pasta
Fresh FruitMonday: Chunky Turkey Hash
Tuesday: Swedish Meatballs over Egg Noodles
Sautéed SunchokesWednesday: Chicken with Spanish Rice
Fried CarrotsThursday: Scalloped Potato Ham and Broccoli
