Grilled Tuna with Tarragon Olive Mayonnaise
Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce
Sautéed Eggplant (Aubergine)

We're having a Rosado from Vinas del Vero, once again from the Somotano region of Spain with the Salad, and, with the Tuna, A dark, rich Cahors, Chateau Mercues.

Saturday:     Gazpacho de Andaluz
Brined and Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Allioli
Grilled Potatoes with Allioli
Zucchini (Courgette) Patties

We'll finish the Rosado (a natural with the Gazpacho) and a red from Vinas del Vero, their lovely Pinot Noir.

Sunday:        Gazpacho     
Grilled Turkey Tenderloin with Ginger Barbecue Sauce

Sweet Corn on the Cob

Monday:       Grilled Chicken Breasts with Lemon and Herbs
Warm Potato Salad with Green Beans  

Tuesday:      Taco Salad a la Française

Wednesday: Chicken and Pepper Pasta Salad

Thursday:     Pork Chops with Ginger Barbecue Sauce
Potato Salad with Green Beans, leftover
