Grilled Halibut with Pesto Butter
Roasted Potatoes O'Brian

We're having a white Bordeaux, Château Doisy Daene with the starters this weekend.  With the Halibut we're having a St. Emilion, Château Fombrauge.

Saturday:     Vichyssoise
Grilled Veal Chops with Lemon, Thyme and Tarragon
Grilled Polenta
Braised Green Beans with Tomato and Basil

We'll finish the Doisy Daene with the Soup and have a lovely Bordeaux Cru Bourgeois, Château Gloria with the Chops.

Sunday:      Teriyaki Turkey Kebabs
Oriental Basmati Rice

Cucumber Salad       

Monday:     Niçoise Pasta Salad
Cucumber Salad, leftover 

Tuesday:    Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Grilled Potatoes

Sautéed Courgette with Thyme and Walnuts

Wednesday: Aioli Chicken
Couscous with Stir-Fried Vegetables  clean out the fridge night

Thursday:    Ham and Green Bean Pasta Salad
