Seafood and Vegetable Kebabs with Tzatziki
Couscous Pilaf

We're having a Muscadet with the starters this weekend, Château de l"Auberdiere.  With the Kebabs we have a red from Saumer Champigny, Saliterre.

Saturday:     Lentil and Herb Salad
Grilled Filet Mignon with Glazed Mushrooms
Fresh Tomato and Green Olive Pasta Salad
Steamed Green Beans with Butter and Pine Nuts

We'll finish the Muscadet with the Salad and have a lovely Burgundy, Vougeot, Les Cras, with the steak.

Sunday:      Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Breasts
Fresh Tomato and Green Olive Pasta Salad,
leftover
Sweet Corn on the Cob       

Monday:     Simple Grilled Burgers
Pesto Potato Salad
Tomato and Cucumber Salad   

Tuesday:    Lentil and Sausage Pasta with Avocado Sauce

Wednesday: Orange Glazed Pork Chops
Oriental Courgette (Zucchini) and Brown Rice Salad

Thursday:    Chicken Breasts with Sage, Rosemary and Lemon
Potato and Green Bean Packets
