Grilled Salmon with Warm Tomato Leek Salsa
Polenta with Leeks
Green Beans with Parmesan

We're having a Rosé from Provence in honor of spring with the Asparagus Salad, and a local Chinon with the salmon.

Saturday:     Courgette (Zucchini) Timbales with Red Pepper Sauce
Veal Chops with Rosemary, Lemon and Garlic
Risi e Bisi

We'll finish the Rosé with the Spinach Timbales and have a Margaux, Château Desmirail, with the Veal.

Sunday:        Stuffed Burger
Baked Garlicky Potato Chips
Baked Asparagus

Monday:      Grilled Chicken Breasts with Red Pepper Sauce
Basmati Rice with Fresh Herbs
Peas with Prosciutto

Tuesday:     Pasta with Beef and Peppers

Wednesday: Salad with Sausage, Potatoes and Chevre

Thursday:   Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops
Warm Green Bean and Brown Rice Salad
