Shrimp and Scallop Newburg with Basmati Rice
Asparagus with Garlic Chips

We'll have a white St. Julien with the Pea soup, Château Talbot Cailou Blanc.  With the Seafood Newburg we're having a Château Gloria.

Saturday:     Green Garlic Scrambled Eggs / Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus Tips
Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms and Sherry
Twice-Cooked Potatoes
Green Beans with Prosciutto

We'll finish the Talbot Cailou Blanc.  With the chicken we're having a St. Émilion, Château Fombrauge.

Sunday:       Asparagus Risotto
Strawberries and Cream

Monday:      Barbecued Turkey Tenderloin
Roasted Potatoes
Green Beans with Butter and Chives

Tuesday:      Pasta with Sausage and Mustard

Wednesday: Grilled Pork Chops with Spinach and Cannellini Salad

Thursday:   Stir-Fried Chicken with Peanuts
