We are having Moules Marinière but, as not everyone lives in a moules-crazy area like we do....It's the annual wine fair so we are going to be doing some tasting this week. Our white wine is from the Loire Valley, a Sancerre, La Rocherie. Our red is a Lussac St. Émilion, La Cadet du Château la Claymore.

Roasted Rosemary Potatoes and Acorn SquashTonight we'll finish the Sancerre (Very good, BTW. We'll be buying more of that as well as the St. Émilion) and, for the red, a very inexpensive Cote du Rhone, Les Grands Chais du Prieure (2 euros a bottle)
