Friday:       Baked Stuffed Tomatoes
Salmon with Mustard Cream
Zucchini (Courgette) and Rice Gratin

Our white wine this week is from Germany (yes, they do make good, dry white wines).  It's a Chardonnay from Philippi, in the Kallstadt Saumagen region. Our red is a Cru Bourgeois, Château Caronne St. Gemme.

Saturday:  Fresh Tomato and Cannellini Soup
Grilled Veal Chops with Wild Mushroom Sauce
Herbed Polenta

Tonight we'll finish the Philippi Chardonnay and have another Philippi, a Pinot Noir, with the Veal and Mushroom Sauce.

Sunday:     Pizza Vesuvius con Atún

Monday:      Grilled Chicken Satay with warm Peanut Sauce
Sesame Brown Rice
Warm Green Bean Salad

Tuesday:     Ginger Barbecued Flank Steak
Pasta with Roasted Tomato Sauce
Sautéed Courgette (Zucchini) with Toasted Walnuts

Wednesday:  Ham Steak
Baked Acorn Squash
Sautéed Potatoes and Onions

Thursday:  Stuffed Peppers, Italian Style
