Zucchini (Courgette) and Rice GratinOur white wine this week is from Germany (yes, they do make good, dry white wines). It's a Chardonnay from Philippi, in the Kallstadt Saumagen region. Our red is a Cru Bourgeois, Château Caronne St. Gemme.
