With the Pasta Starter we're not having another carb with this meal - but I would suggest some simple Oven Fries if you are hungryOur white wine this week is a Bordeaux, Château Doisy-Daene (dry- they are noted for their sweet wine but this is also excellent). Our red is also a Bordeaux, a Margaux, Château Labegorce Zede.
