Friday:       Pimiento (Pimento) Lasagne
Pan-Seared Tuna with Lemon and Capers
Courgette with Tomato and Onion
With the Pasta Starter we're not having another carb with this meal - but I would suggest some simple Oven Fries if you are hungry

Our white wine this week is a Bordeaux, Château Doisy-Daene (dry- they are noted for their sweet wine but this is also excellent).  Our red is also a Bordeaux, a Margaux, Château Labegorce Zede.

Saturday: Caramelized Onion Crespèu
Blanquette de Veau
Herbed Basmati Rice
rice is traditional with this dish

We'll finish the Doisy-Daene with the Crespèu.  Our red tonight, again, is a Margaux, Château Desmirail.

Sunday:      Tomato Meatball Soup
Parmesan Popovers

Monday:      Egg Fu Yung
Sautéed Turkey Cutlets optional

Tuesday:      Tomato Meatball Soup
Garlic Scones  an easy dinner for Halloween!

Wednesday:  Pasta with Cabbage, Sage and Sausage
                    Turkey if you have it

Thursday:    Oven Baked Chicken Strips
Cheesy Fried Potatoes
Baked Acorn Squash Slices
