Our white wine this week is new, from the Loire Valley, Quincy. "Les Demoiselles" Domaine des Ballandors.  Our red is a Cote du Rhone, "Vielles Vignes" Les Grand Chais du Prieure ( that wonderful 2.50 euro find)

Saturday:  Shrimp (Prawns) Mary Rose
Rack of Lamb with an Herb Crust
Southwestern Lentils
Oven Potato Chips

We'll finish the Quincy with the shrimp.  Our red tonight is a Bordeaux, St. Estèphe, Château Petit Bocq.

Sunday:      Salmon Lasagne leftover
Onion Biscuits

Monday:      Chicken with a Mustard Crust
Leftover Lentils
Brown Rice with Onions

Tuesday:      Ham, Potato and Broccoli Gratin

Wednesday:  Turkey Lo Mein

Thursday:    Beef Patties with Caramelized Onions
Baked Acorn Squash, Sweet
