We're having a another Spanish Rosado, (we have 4 left) an Enate.  With the Tuna, we're having a German Pinot Noir from the Kallstadt-Saumagen region, Philippi.

Saturday:  Carrot Timbales, summer version
Grilled Veal Chops with Rosemary, Lemon and Garlic
Roasted Potatoes with Butter and Chives

Sautéed Courgette
with Balsamic and Garlic

We'll finish the Rosado with the Timbales  With the Veal, a red from Burgundy, Beaune 'Montee Rouge'

Sunday:     Pizza Margherita with Bayonne Ham

Monday:     Grilled Pork Chops with Sage
Roasted Pepper, Tomato, Onion & Zucchini (Courgette)

Tuesday:   Caprese Pasta Salad with Grilled Sausage

Wednesday: Chicken Breasts with Sage, Rosemary & Lemon
Sweet Corn
Old-Fashioned Cucumber Salad
Sliced Tomatoes

Thursday:   Simple Grilled Burgers
Green Bean and Potato Packets
Cucumber Salad
