Turkey Tenderloin Time: 30 to marinate, 30 to cook
1 turkey tenderloin 12 oz (350gr) if you can't get a small tenderloin use the rest in a salad or sandwich for lunch
Marinade
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs honey
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs chopped fresh sage or
In small bowl mix ingredients for marinade. Divide in half and pour half over turkey. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes or all day if you like. Heat remaining sauce and keep warm. Cook turkey on barbecue grill for 25 - 30 minutes or until done (meat thermometer comes in handy...) When done, remove, slice and serve with warmed sauce.
Note: To roast in the oven bake at 375F for 30 - 35 minutes - check after 30 - as usual all times depend on thickness of turkey.
