Baked Chicken with Potatoes                  Time: 10 minutes plus 60 minutes baking time
This recipe assumes bone-in chicken which has a longer cooking time than boneless.

1 cut-up fryer or whatever chicken pieces you prefer, a whole chicken will give you lunch the next
                  day
2 - 3 potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder

In small bowl mix the rosemary, garlic and oil.  In another bowl mix the bread crumbs and cheese. Lay the chicken out, skin side up, on a baking pan (with sides) large enough to hold the chicken in one layer with plenty of space for the potatoes.  Cut the potatoes in halves or quarters, depending on size, and place around chicken.  Sprinkle the chicken with the crumb/cheese mix then drizzle everything with the rosemary/garlic oil.  Bake at 400F (200C) for 60 minutes or until done.  Remove and serve.
