Chicken Nuggets                                                         Time: 30 minutes

1 chicken breast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbs Parmesan cheese
4 tbs bread crumbs
1 tbs butter
1 tbs milk or chicken stock

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.  Mix garlic, oregano, Parmesan and bread crumbs.  Cut in butter using a pastry cutter or fork.  You want fine crumbs.  Put milk in small bowl, add chicken and toss to coat. Put crumbs mixture into a plastic food baggy.  Add chicken pieces and toss to coat.  Lay chicken out on nonstick baking sheet and bake at 425F (215C) for 15 minutes, until brown and crisp.  Remove and serve with dipping sauce. 

Dipping Sauce

1/3 cup ketchup
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oregano

Mix ingredients for sauce and put into small bowls to use as dipping sauce.
