Simple Grilled Burgers
Green Bean and Potato Packets
Cucumber Salad
Cooking time:  35 minutes Cooking schedule: see below for "menu" instructions

Simple Grilled Burgers                                                     Time: 30 minutes

12 oz ground beef (350 gr mince)
2 tbs breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tbs red wine
1 1/2 tbs ketchup
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs dried onion flakes

Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.  Shape into 4 patties.  Oil hinged basket.  Place patties in basket and cook on barbecue grill over direct heat for 4 - 5 minutes per side.  Or cook directly on barbecue grill.  Or sauté in nonstick skillet for same amount of time.  Remove and serve.

Potato and Bean Packets                                              Time: 35 - 45 minutes

1 - 2 medium potatoes, depending on size and hunger
1/3 lb green beans
1 small onion
1 tomato
2 tbs chicken stock or water
1 tbs  fresh basil, snipped  substitute 1 tsp dried

Tear off 2 pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil about 15 inches long and put each on a plate.  Top and tail beans.  Snip basil.  Cut all vegetables into pieces about 1/2 inch by 1 inch - or whatever, and divide evenly between the 2 plates keeping in center of foil.  Kind of pat the foil down so it takes the shape of the plate - otherwise the chicken stock or water runs everywhere.  Divide chicken stock between the 2 plates.  Sprinkle with basil.   Bring long ends of foil to middle and fold down.  Fold in ends so you have 2 nice packets with the veg and broth.  Put on barbecue - indirect heat (not over the coals), cover and cook for 30 minutes.  Or put in 400F oven for 40 minutes.  Check to make certain everything is done.  Remove vegetables from packets and serve.

Remove from fridge and serve.

Cooking schedule: Time: 35 - 45 minutes
Assemble all ingredients and utensils
Light barbecue grill if using, or turn on oven
Top and tail beans
Cut all vegetables, snip basil
Finish vegetable packets and start to cook
Mix all ingredients for burger (except beef)
Add beef, mix well and form into patties

Do pantry inventory
Check fridge and freezer - as long as your there  -
Remove cucumber salad
Start to cook the burgers
Check shopping list
Mind the vegetable packets
Mind the burgers - turn
When all done remove and eat
