Grilled Bratwurst with Roasted Peppers and Onions    Time: 25 minutes

4 - 6 bratwurst or other sausage, 12 oz total (350gr)
1 bell pepper  the rest of the one from Tuesday
1 onion     the rest of the one from Tuesday
1 tbs olive oil

Slice pepper and onion.  Put olive oil in large bowl, add pepper and onion, toss well to coat.  Put into 'grill pan' (a metal or foil pan dedicated to use on the grill) or onto a mesh grill pan (the idea is not to have the stuff fall through the grate into the fire....) Cook over medium heat 10 - 15 minutes, until they have a nice color.  Cook sausages about the same amount of time - or until done.  Or you can sauté the whole lot in a nonstick skillet - start with the peppers and onions and 1 tbs olive oil.  Add the sausage after a bit.

Rice Pilaf Salad                                                             Time: 10 minutes

leftover  brown rice pilaf
1 can red kidney beans 15 oz (450 gr jar)
Creamy Herb Dressing

Drain the beans and mix with the Rice Pilaf.  Add half of the Herb Dressing and taste.  Add more until your happy.  Serve.

Creamy Herb Dressing

1/2 cup, 4 oz  (125ml) plain yogurt
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs fresh snipped chives        Substitute 2 tsp dried
1 tbs fresh snipped tarragon    Substitute 2 tsp dried
3 tbs olive oil - the good stuff

Snip tarragon and chives with scissors.  In small bowl whisk yogurt, mustard and lemon juice.  Add oil, a bit at a time and whisk well.  Add herbs.  This will keep a week.
