Sautéed Sausages

We eat sausages in the summer but tend to forget about them in winter. No reason. Choose any flavor that appeals: Italian, hot or sweet, German bratwurst or knockwurst, spicy pork or flavored chicken.
Sautéed Sausages Time: 15 minutes
Any flavor sausages will be good. If it's warm enough, cook them on the barbecue.....
4 - 6 sausages, 12oz (350gr) total weight
Fry sausages in skillet until browned on as many 'sides' as you can manage. Reduce heat, cover and continue to cook until done.
Fried Rice and Sprouts

leftover Sautéed Brussels Sprouts
1 tbs olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce
Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet. Add rice and sprouts, breaking everything up and stirring well. Sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When it's hot, and starting to get a bit crispy on the bottom, sprinkle with soy sauce and stir well to combine. Serve.
