     Another easy mid-week dinner.  Try some interesting fruit: pomegranates, star fruit, passion fruit ...expand your palate!

Mushroom and Chicken Lasagne                                      Time: 10 minutes
  Reheat either in the oven or the microwave; either works fine.

Remove from fridge and reheat

Fresh Fruit                                                                        Time: 10 minutes
