Tomato Meatball Soup
Taco Chips
Fresh Fruit
Cooking time:   15 minutes for menu
Cooking schedule: see below for "menu"  instructions

     Sometimes dinner is just easy. If you have tortillas left (remember we need 4 for Thursday) you can make Taco Chips to go with the soup.

Tomato Meatball Soup                                                  Time: 10 minutes
   If you still have some soup left after tonight, have it for lunch or freeze it for a weekend lunch.

Remove from fridge and reheat

Taco Chips  optional                                                         Time: 15 minutes

tortillas, either corn of flour
garlic powder
paprika
chili powder
salt - flavored?

Cut the tortillas into triangles, sprinkle on some salt, garlic powder, whatever, and bake until light brown, about 15 minutes.

Fresh Fruit

Your choice!

Cooking schedule: 15 minutes
Assemble all food, utensils and serving dishes
Turn oven on
Cut tortillas
Season chips and start to bake

Start to reheat soup
Stand around waiting for stuff to get done
Prepare the fruit
Remove chips, serve soup
