First: A general description of some of the pages:

All pages have the main Navigation Bar located just below the site name and tagline (above the purple bar).
All actual links, anywhere on a page, are in blue and underlined.
On the main 'Menus' and 'Recipes' pages there is additional navigation on the left:
Links to the Current Weeks Menu and Shopping List for both the regular and
Southern Hemisphere Weekly Menus.
Links to the recipe pages by category and/or main ingredient'Menus' page description: There are links to 52 'Weekly Menus', each with a brief description, from the current week backward, by month.Each 'Weekly Menu' has links to the 'Daily Recipe' pages for that week, with the Recipes and Meal Preparation Instructions
(the '----Day' is the link).
There is also a link to the 'Shopping List' at the bottom of each menu.The 'Daily Recipe' pages have additional navigation in the upper right corner to quickly go to the other days in that week or back to the 'Weekly Menu'.'Recipes' page description: This is the master recipe page with links to the individual recipes pages by type and/or ingredient. A recipe can be listed in more than one place: Beef Stroganoff could be under 'Beef', under 'Pasta' and under 'One Dish Dinners'.
The individual recipes are accessed through the categorized recipe pages.On the individual recipe pages, on the left, are links going back to the 'day' and 'menu' that the recipe was used on
On all pages that are printable there is a 'Print' button in the upper left
Second: How to Find Stuff: some examples, all starting from any page:
You want to print this Week's Menu and Shopping List:You want a recipe for a pasta salad:Click 'Menus' (on the top navigation bar)
Click 'Current Menu' on the left
Click 'Print Menu'; menu will appear in print format. Print
Scroll to the bottom of the 'Menu' and click 'Shopping List' orClick 'Menus' (on the top navigation bar)
Click 'Current Shopping List' on the left
Click 'Print List'; shopping list will appear in print format. Print
You remember a great first course that you had last month... something with spinach but you can't remember the name or when it was:Click 'Recipes' (on the top navigation bar)
Find 'Main Dish, Salads, click 'Pasta Salads' Take your pick.
You remember how much you liked the Grilled Balsamic Salmon and you want to make it again.Click 'Menus' (on the top navigation bar) Look at the description in the Menu Archives...
Click on a 'Menu' where you think it might be.
Find it? No?
Use your browser 'back' button or click 'Menus' (on the top navigation bar) again and try another week.
Find it? Yes?
You're pretty sure it was the Spinach and Chevre Salad from Saturday?
Click 'Saturday'. There's your recipe.
But your husband/wife/significant other really liked the Smoked Pasta that went with it...and what was that vegetable that you both loved?Click 'Recipes' (on the top navigation bar)
Click 'Fish and Seafood' on the left.
Click 'Grilled Balsamic Salmon' There's your recipe.On 'Grilled Balsamic Salmon' look on the left. There is a 'link' to the rest of the recipes from that 'dinner' and another to the 'Weekly Menu' it was part of.
