Weekly Menu Planner: November 11, 2011

       We have a few planned leftovers this week:  The Roast Chicken will be used in the pasta on Monday, and the soup from Sunday will be for 2 meals.  The cabbage will be used for the starter on Saturday, in the soup, as a vegetable with pork and in the Egg Fu Yung.  We get a lot out of a head of cabbage.  And the cauliflower as well - we'll use that 3 times.  And that makes an easy week - and easy shopping too!
